“It’s like talking to a wall…”
While so many companies have yet to embrace Social Media in any fashion, there are a lot already doing so. How companies do this varies almost as much as hairstyles do but there seems to be two major classifications that you can fit companies into at the top level. Those that get it, and those that don’t. Of course there are varying degrees of each of these classifications which can be broken down endlessly but I don’t really want to get that specific with this post.
